A panel discussion will follow the film featuring Vice Chairman Lorelei Cloud (Southern Ute Indian Tribe), Chairman Manuel Heart (Ute Mountain Ute Tribe), Christine Arbogast (CO Water Congress), and Trent Taylor (Blue Horizon Farms).
